The process

From brief to billboard in
|

Five steps, most of which happen in the background. You can start today — campaigns typically go live within 1–2 weeks of your brief, depending on screen owner approval.

Submit your brief — today

A guided three-minute brief: your business, the areas your customers come from, the venue types that suit you, your budget (with a live calculator showing estimated plays and reach), and the days and hours you want your ad on screen. Upload your creative if you have it — no problem if you don't yet. This takes about ten minutes and commits you to nothing.

Receive your proposal — usually within 1–2 days

We come back with the exact screens we recommend, each with its location, venue type, estimated plays per day and estimated daily reach, plus the full schedule and cost breakdown. Nothing is booked until you approve it — you can request changes or walk away at no charge.

Approve and pay the management fee — when you're ready

One clear online checkout for the management fee. Every number matches the proposal — no surprises. Paying the fee doesn't lock you into going live; you can still request changes after this point.

Screen owner approval — typically a few working days

Once your management fee is paid and your creative is finalised, we submit the campaign to the relevant screen operators for approval. Most approve within a few working days; occasionally it takes a little longer depending on the operator. We chase on your behalf and keep you updated. Your ad budget is due here, via a payment link we send you, once approval is confirmed.

Go live — typically within 1–2 weeks of your brief

Your ad goes live on the agreed screens and schedule. Track every impression in real time from your own campaign dashboard. When the campaign ends, you decide whether to run another — no contract rolls over automatically.

Realistic timeline: submit your brief today, receive a proposal within 1–2 days, pay the fee when you're ready, screen approval takes a few working days, and you're typically live within 1–2 weeks of starting. The main variable outside our control is screen owner approval speed — most are fast, a few take longer.

What we need from you

Honestly, very little: ten minutes for the brief, a decision on the proposal, payment of the management fee, and your creative assets (or a conversation about getting some made — guidance is included). The screen approval stage happens in the background; we handle the chasing.

Why it's built this way

Traditional out-of-home advertising involves agencies, rate cards nobody publishes, and minimum spends designed for national brands. SNDsignage was built by a small team in Long Eaton who thought a local business should be able to see prices, screens and reach up front and buy a campaign like any other online purchase. That is the whole product.

Start your brief

It takes about ten minutes, shows live budget estimates, and commits you to nothing — we send a proposal before you pay.
